About
Reggie Jefferson
Reggie Jefferson, former major leaguer and certified MLB Agent, is the founder of Jeffco Sports Group (JSG) — leading both JSG Baseball and JSG Sports. Reggie brings unmatched expertise both on and off the field, making him an invaluable advocate for athletes at every stage of their careers.
After a successful career playing for the Cincinnati Reds, Cleveland Guardians, Seattle Mariners, Boston Red Sox, and the Seibu Lions, Reggie attained a Business degree from USF. He then made the transition to player representative and has been a MLB Certified Agent for over 20 years, representing young stars such as Xavier Edwards of the Miami Marlins.
Through JSG Baseball and JSG Sports, Reggie provides comprehensive representation services spanning professional baseball contracts, NIL deals, and sports marketing. His unique insight as a former player combined with his business acumen creates unparalleled value for athletes navigating today's complex sports landscape.

Foster Care Youth Support
We walk alongside young people aging out of the foster care system — one of the most vulnerable transitions in a young person's life. Through personalized guidance, we connect them with college placement opportunities, workforce development programs, and stable housing resources so they can build a foundation for lasting independence.
Sports Mental Health
The mental demands of athletic life are real, and too often go unaddressed. We provide access to mental health resources and support networks for athletes at every level — from youth competitors to professionals — helping them develop the resilience and emotional well-being needed to thrive both on and off the field.
Equipment & Fee Assistance
Every young athlete deserves the chance to compete, regardless of financial circumstance. We remove the economic barriers that prevent talented youth from participating in sports by providing equipment, covering registration fees, and ensuring no child is sidelined simply because of what they cannot afford.
Athletes with Disabilities
Sport is a universal language, and we believe every athlete deserves to be heard. We advocate for and support athletes living with physical or intellectual disabilities, connecting them with adaptive sports programs, representation resources, and a community that champions their full participation in the game they love.
Housing & Homelessness Support
No athlete should have to choose between shelter and their sport. We work with community partners to provide housing assistance and transitional support for athletes and sports professionals facing homelessness, helping them regain stability so they can focus on their health, their career, and their future.
